NOTICE: We are aware releasing some basic details of the proprietary model does preclude them from being patentable. As they say imitation or copying your vision is a form of flattery. Those who follow our lead we hope provide a better user experience and push creativity to innovation throughout the supply chain system.

The model is designed to work in a simple 4 step process to add segments to the supply chain project.

  • Create Project Profile
  • Add Segments
  • Complete Knowledge Profile
  • Submit for Quote

The project is ready for submission for quotes once they have completed the project guidelines set by the supply chain operators. The users experience is created so it emulates the purchase of an ecommerce product or service.

Portal with Knowledgebase is an integral part of the platform. The qualification system functions as a method to have a user with basic knowledge of each segment in the supply chain qualified to submit a project. This system provides the supply chain operator a guide for the level of resources necessary to complete each submission and significantly reduces the cost of support.

Segments are a part of the supply chain for adding value. Each supply chain project can have as many segments as viable within the scope and available resources. Each process in the add segment process is designed to add value to the end product.

Logistics are services provided so supply chains can acquire, store and transported their products throughout the add value segments to end product destination.

Supply Chain Operators (“SCO”) are suppliers, vendors or other entities that provide supply chain products or services including logistics for each segment and can be included as a segment in the project.

Advanced Supply Chain Portal (“ASCP”) is a value add and automation portal. The framework uses a backward compatibility model similar to software. Each project segment can be added and customized during the project and segment add creation. The system automatically pulls relevant options based on the profile of the segments in the supply chain project.

Basic Project Setup includes Registering and KYC or Know Your Customer authentication. ASCP Project Setup includes Industry Vertical or Product, Market Geo, Project $ Range and Project Name. The User can have as many viable projects as allowed in their profile.

Value Add Stages (VAS”) are the processes used to add value to the end product before it proceeds to the next stage of production in the project segments chain. An example would be the packaging or labeling for a product or resrouce for the end product. You would purchase the product and then have it labeled or packaged before logistics for delivery.

The user experience becomes similar to a multi feature ecommerce purchase and the industry knowledge an added value for all stakeholders.

The Decentralized & Open Source Philosophy dramatically opens up opportunities for Supply Chain Operators (“SCO”) and allows them to reduce cost of operations, become more efficient, profitable & agile without significant impact on operations or end product.

The mobile forms are in mobile wireframe as the focus was mobile first. We will re-commence development after the “2nd Stage Relief” as outlined in the the “About” section commences.

The third stage of development is defined as integration of AI and ML for Supply Chain Operators and the Advanced Supply Chain Portal.

This is a basic review of the application. Unique and still patentable features have not been disclosed so the company can legally protect prior to relaunch.

Step 1 – Adding Segment Item

  • The User selects the Item they wish to View

The User can click the Segments button for a popup of segments currently in the Project

Step 2 – Review Details Add Item & Segment to Project

  • The User selects “Add” to auto create segment with SCO name to Project

The User can click Details or Customize for Project settings

Step 3 – Confirm Selection Add Segment

  • User confirms selection and creation of segment “Add Segment” to auto create segment with SCO name to Project

The User can also click “Add Options”

OPTIONAL – Add Value Options

  • User clicks on “Add Options”
  • Selects options “Add”
  • Returns to Project Add Segment
  • If satisfied clicks on “Add Segment”

The Add Value Options will appear in the Project Segment”

Innovation and disruption are the new norm. Decentralization and Open Source solutions can create a more efficient operational model for the supply chain including releasing resources for development and integration of next generation technology including automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

The focus is the future beyond what was accomplished in 2009 including hyperautomation, the digital supply chain twin, analytics everywhere, open source security mesh, ecosystem collaboration and sustainability.

A Decentralized approach with Open Source Solutions using AI & ML can bring new more efficient solutions and deliver real time optics and visibility of potential operational weaknesses.

It can assist in the development of  profitable Best Practices & SOP customizations that can maximize Return on Investment (“ROI”) for all stakeholders. Create a more efficient operation, throughout the supply chain.

Decentralized Open Source Solution with AI & ML

  • Creation of publicly available decentralized Best Practices and SOP for RIF Members allows organizations to communication to these RIF Members through an efficient channel how to operate their RIF Advanced Services Portal for that industry vertical.
  • The RIF Advanced Supply Chain Portal (“ASCP”) provides real time visibility on issues and develops an efficient operational and delivery service model for RIF Members and operators.
  • Creating a more inclusive supply chain can have significant financial benefits. The RIF ASCP has an educational approach to provide the information supply chain operators need to make informed decisions. To anticipate major disruptions including real time knowledge of local issues and allow all pieces of the supply chain to work together more efficiently and discover solutions quicker.
  • Using Open Source Solutions releases resources for Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) unlocking analytic value from data and information to maximize operations in real time
  • AI combined with Machine Learning (“ML”) unlocks analytic data and information for technical processes and can optimize areas for cost reduction throughout the supply chain.

Supply chain weaknesses can be turned into opportunities and strengths. Creating an army of RIF Members and adding AI and ML can change your organizational profile from the past to the leader.

The future is a robust, stable and agile supply chain and it needs attention and forward thinking from all with proactive strategies, greater visibility and accountability. That has to start with a new way of thinking. A new approach for a solution that lowers the costs for consumers and organizations in the supply chain.
